Our instructions on this project were to design a new pool house within the Permitted Development restrictions.

In addition to working around an existing outdoor swimming pool, we were required to accommodate a gym, changing rooms and the ancillary spaces.

Using a combination of facing brick work and colour renders to compliment the host dwelling we also introduced zinc roof finishes and cedar boarding to create this stunning building.
