Loft Conversion

This semi-detached property already had a second floor but the rooms were mainly served with rooflights so the headroom was limited.

The property is in the Conservation Area but we opted for a bold modern approach to the design – Planning Permission was granted without the need for any changes. The dormer ensures that the headroom above the existing stairs is now fully compliant, adds a shower room and study space the the existing main second floor bedroom.

This project should be complete by late summer 2025.
