This initial consultation is free of charge but, as I am sure you are aware, the time spent visiting to discuss your project represents a significant investment of our time and we incur travel expenses.

If you are unable to attend this meeting then please contact us at least two working days before the arranged time to rearrange.

If you do not contact us to let us know that you are unable to attend the arranged meeting and we arrive at the due time then we may raise an invoice for our abortive time of £150.00 plus VAT which will be payable within seven days of the date of the invoice.
